If the first 2 rounds are anything but defense I'm going to be really upset. The only position on offense I would draft would be center.

Projected starters
LT Jared Veldheer
LG Mike Iupati
C FA/draft
RG Jonathan Cooper
RT DJ Humphries
TE Darren Fells
RB David Johnson
WR Larry Fitzgerald
WR Michael Floyd
WR John Brown

DE Calais Campbell
NT open
DE Open
OLB Markus Golden
ILB open
ILB open
OLB open
CB Patrick Peterson
S Deone Bucannon
S Tyrann Mathieu
CB open

I don't think they will see NT as open. I think they are happy with the progress Gunter has made and I think they bring Redding back. They will also have Peters back too. Minter is one of the ILBs whether we like it or not.

I've been a Cooper supporter, but I can't see them starting him next season. And I don't think anyone with a reasonable outlook on the situation can possibly pencil Humphries in.

BA said yesterday that he was comfortable that Humphries could have started any game in the second half of the season.

He'll be the starter next year.

As for Cooper, I'll pencil him in, but hope Keim brings in another guard to compete with him.

I think the best thing Keim and BA have done is make Arizona attractive for top flight free agents to look at. We'll have options, and most of the roster will be set BEFORE the draft.

Striker measured in at the Senior Bowl at 5'11" 228. Ragland was 6'1" 259. That's great size for Ragland. Man we could use a thumper like that.

and yet, he couldn't even be ACTIVE on gameday... over a complete and utter horror show like Sowell? I'm not buying. Actions speak louder then words.

The book on Cooper is that hecan't grasp the game plans well enough on a weekly basis. Picking up proper assignments and so forth. He has the skills, but not the right mentality needed to become consistent.
