I hope they do go outside the box this year. We keep sending people like Mark West, a dude who had horrible luck, getting in foul trouble before the opening tip.

No, the worst case scenario would be that Washington gets one of the top two picks and bumps the Suns to 4th. No Ingram or Simmons and no 12-13 pick either. The Wizards go on to make the playoffs next year and the Wizards pick ends up in the 20s.
