Better off silent
I haven't seen hardly anything other than Star Wars over the past 2 months on account of my son being born. A lot out there I have to see, including Creed.
dude... you're seeing THE FOREST over Creed?!

I've wanted to see the Forest since I saw the trailer, yes. I'm (stupidly) optimistic that it might finally be a decent modern horror movie.
Heck, I can't see all the movies I want, and I'm on long term disability. A new kid definitely sucks up your time. Congrats, btw.
Gracias. On the bright side, I got my wife to watch Godfather 1 & 2, so there's that.
Did you leave Warner Bros. for Hallmark?
Cameron usually takes YEARS between movies. He's only made 4 movies in the last 24 years... T2, True Lies, Titanic and Avatar. And each of them (besides True Lies) were record setting smashes. The guy doesn't make a movie until the technology catches up with his vision and his vision is usually wayyyyyy ahead of te technology.
He's also been developing the Avatar series this entire time with the plan to apparently shoot three movies back to back to back. That takes a ton of time to script and storyboard out.
Even then, it's not certain Avatar 2 comes out next year. It was originally supposed to come out in 2014 and he blew past that date.
lol i forgot about true lies
For Shame!
agreed. that's one of the most entertaining action movies in the last 20 years. The set-pieces are all pretty incredible and the humor is spot on throughout the movie. The only negative for me about that movie was that the final action scene was a little cheesy with the plane/daughter dangling and the villain was pretty lacking... which is surprising because Cameron has created such great villains in the past.

Nice. Believe it or not, my film critic buddy absolutely hates the Godfather. To be fair, he hates all mafia movies.

I've never been able to sit through an entire Godfather movie.
