Based out of what I'm seeing now of Seattle I don't see them playing us in the NFC Championship this year. I don't think there's a snowball's chance in hell they beat Carolina.

Even if they pull off the win they are going to be beat to **** from playing in this style of game in the cold. And have a short week.

Sherman is one of the most charitable athletes in the world apparently... not just in the NFL, in the world.

Dude talks trash on the field, but apparently is a complete and utter saint off it and if he was on our team, he would be the most beloved player ever. Think if Darnell Dockett was actually as good as he thought he was. That's Sherman, IMO.

The difference is Dockett was weird and funny, Shernan isn't funny in the least.

All that hubris from Seattle fans last week and their team gets shut out in the 1st half. My dream scenario would be to draw the Packers in the 2nd round, and get Seattle at home. I'd love to see us kick their ass in the NFC Championship soundly.

I get that it's who they are--but the Vikes offense is sooooooooo conservative

Run, run, safe throw. If that gets em a first down, great. If not, happy to punt.

I understand how Seattle smoked them earlier : what Seattle wants the offense to do, Minnesota does voluntarily-- run and then throw underneath. Seattle bets you just can't do that the 6 or 7 or 8 times it takes to keep getting first downs and ultimately a TD

you think anyone besides Cardinals fans thought Dockett was funny? Hell, there were a lot of Cardinals fans here who didn't think he was funny.

Russell Wilson turning back into Russell Wilson. If the Seahawks offense wants to score points, Wilson needs to stop playing Hero Ball and return to being a game manager by throwing short outs and more read option. Those helium balloons he's heaving are downright fugly.

Yep, Sherman is one of the most misunderstood players in the league. Dude pulled himself out of Compton to a scholarship and degree from Stanford. And his high school teammates in Compton all kept their grades up because they were so afraid of letting Sherman down.

Still doesn't mean he's not an ass, which he is. I hate when athletes act like him on the field including Cardinals.

Probably not many, but I am able to look at it from a neutral standpoint. I actually like Sherman as a player, just not as a personality. The pulling his pants down and sitting gag = not funny. Dockett talked about midget strippers and Oprah and how much not a hillbilly Antonio Smith is. Sherman just talks about himself. That's the difference to me.

I don't fear Seattle and I know them winning is probably better for the Cards next week, but I can't cheer for them. I want their fans to suffer through the rest of the playoffs.
Well said. Let them start crying today so it lasts longer.

Yeah- as soon as I criticize the Minn offensive game plan, they know something: you can't throw the ball more then 20 yards downfield accurately in that weather.

I'm guessing first team to double digits wins today.

If they can get a TD playing conservatively, and then AP breaks a long one for another, that might be enough to win. Then again, the way this game is going, another field goal might clinch it.

Come on. that's a sack at least, or a fumble at worst. Defender can't kill the QB to make sure he's down, but the QB can get away with that crap.
