I hope his middle name doesn't start with a B. Will B Holden

Now that is funny right there.

HOORAY!

The Cardinals picked a player I like. Good pick, good value, and a tackle prospect that should work into the Cardinals plan.

The Cardinals drafted a left guard and a right tackle.......guess what two high price veterans those two are planned to replace. While I really like Iupati, and Veldheer, this is the NFL and youth is always eventually served.

Gotta love the Cardinals investing in the offensive line.

Dysert to Jaron Brown is gonna be a sick connection in 2018

We never had a realistic shot at a good QB of the future in this draft unfortunately, since it's pretty apparent the team didn't like Kizer. Giving up a future first rounder for one of the top three would have been way too steep for us.

2018's offseason is going to be a nightmare though.

Then why did they trade for Ulrick John and draft Toner last year? 5th seems to be their stinker round.

Maybe Toner is a bust, and Ulrick was brought in when the tackle situation became dire with injuries.

An OK pick, but I would rather have had Roderick Johnson from FSU at OT. Hope Holden pans out for us. I read that his ambition is to be with the FBI! He's an Eagle Scout, so that's a plus.
My pick there would have been Myrick the CB from Minnesota.

2016 ALL-SEC FOOTBALL SECOND TEAM (COACHES): OL Will Holden, Vanderbilt,...Holden started all 12 games for the Commodores at left tackle, serving the critical role of protecting quarterback Kyle Shurmur’s blindside. He has now started 24 consecutive games at the position, and has 34 career starts as a Commodore lineman. Along with fellow senior Barrett Gouger, Holden accepted a greater leadership role on the Commodore offensive front when a third senior and projected starter, Andrew Jelks, went down with a season-ending leg injury for the second straight year. Holden contributed nearly 30 pancake blocks and 16 domination blocks this year, and was recognized for SEC Offensive Player of the Week honors after a stellar performance in Vanderbilt’s 38-17 victory over Ole Miss in November. - Vanderbilt Football
