Morant really trying to speed run his reputation into the trash. So odd because it really felt like the NBA was wanting to make him the league darling.

Only 4 games but looking like the Warrior players who said Wiseman would thrive in Detroit were correct. 23-39 from the floor so far, 52 points in 4 games. He has 2 games of 10 boards already, 8 per as a Piston. Still having issues on defense reportedly but since Detroit sucks, he's able to play through them. He's completely outplayed Duren who was the starter, last game 23 points in 27 minutes. Happy for him, sucks it didn't happen with teh Warriors but it was simple they are in a small window before Curry, Klay and Draymond are too old, if they're not already, so they just couldn't afford to let Wiseman learn on the court like Detroit can.

In hindsight I wish we could’ve pulled off a Ayton/Turner swap last summer. I wouldn’t be surprised if JJ was asking for picks and Indy was only content on paying DA rather than paying AND trading assets for him. Plus they got him on a reasonable extension. Imagine the spacing and rim-protection with KD on board.

Oh hell no. Myles Turner is nothing special at all. This is by far the best year of his career and it’s still not what Ayton can give you. Rim protecting today isn’t as important as being able to guard the perimeter and switch. Gobert is the best rim protector of this era but we see what happens come playoffs they single him out and switch.

Let’s not even talk about all the games Turner has missed because of injuries

Turner and Ayton both get 30 million a year I think

I don’t get it.. these guys are like bullet proof early in their career and after a contract they just turn into glass..

Jas a gangsta? "His real name is Clarence, and Clarence parents have a real good marriage" EM
Sorry I just had to
I hope they let him stay in the league. I think a 3.5 year window.. I ..er..mean suspension seems about right.

Didn’t take long.

Hopefully we don’t suffer the same fate.

I did hear that in the last two seasons, Durant suffered a sprained MCL, missed 1-2 months and came back and scored over 30 in both games and looked like he didn’t miss a beat. Hopefully those kind of performances are repeated to go along with the injuries.

That is the thought that crossed my mind.

This kid is such a ******* idiot. Memphis needs a huge culture change

Sometimes they get caught up with their entourage, their so called friends of friends. Just sounds like a money grab with it being reported so late. You’d think there would have been reports or video if a pro player was playing pick up games.

That's true a lot of the times but this years Grizzlies seem to keep finding new ways to push the limit and make themselves unlikable. Members of their entourage pointed a gun at the Pacers bus, I believe, and they also tried fighting Shannon Sharpe midgame. Those are just 2 of the altercations they've been involved in. I've heard rumblings of Ja being linked to some real shady people for a while too. That could be coincidence, it could explain this as a money grab, or it could also be Ja is a bad person that would punch of a teenager. I'm not judging one way or the other at this point but if it's true, I won't be surprised.

Steph Curry has unintentionally ruined basketball...these dudes are just chucking 30ft 3s for no reason. Yes Dame went off for 70 but averages always win in the end

I like the Lakers without Lebron and AD better. This Thunder team made some Wow plays.

Careful about laughing at guys with chronic injuries...

Despite being healthy for the first seven years of his NBA career, Durant has now suffered a significant lower-body injury in four consecutive seasons.
Whataboutism at it's finest. Congrats BIM.
