50-55 games and Ken Kendrick simply does not care to field a competitive roster so I continue to not watch them or go to games. Kendrick thinks he can field an AAA team and expect people to show up in this economy. There is absolutely no one in this roster that scares opposing teams.

If the Diamondbacks had a closer and better arms in the bullpen, they would be in the race for a wild card birth. Get a closer who is less than 35 years old and next year we will have something to look forward to.

I missed this thread for the first time in years.

I would have been way off. I figured with the youth we'd see a slight improvement but not much and the lack of any meaningful trades or signings was a bit of a shocker seeing as we lost 110 games.

I would have guessed something in the low 60s, 63-99 or so.

These guys have been fun to watch of late, most I've enjoyed baseball in ages. The patience with Lovullo and Hazen is looking like it will pay off.
