I don't get what they're looking at they suspended him on gun stuff not that long ago and allegedly had rules for reinstatement and future ability to play. he either violated it or not there should NOT be any grey area? If he violated his agreement suspend him, if he didn't don't.
I posted somewhat about it during the game he was yelling "I'm that dude" at the Warriors bench and doing the gun gesture, the Warriors game announcers called it our immediately, Kelena Azabuike said it "I'm that dude I have no problem with the hand gestures there's no place for that especially with his history." We couldn't see it then but of course it was on tape.
Ja was suspended 2 years ago and served his suspensions. Making a hand gesture, one which Buddy Hield also did, should not lead to a suspension. He's not the first and won't be the last to make a finger gun gesture. The league will get pushback from the players association if they tried to eliminate stuff like that. The players association was already upset over the suspension for Ja and how the league tried implementing hurdles for him to return beyond the suspension. This isn't cut and dry. He wasn't put on NBA probation for the rest of his career.
