Butler rolled his ankle last night. No wonder Flex started in saying something will happen. Suns and injured players are like peanut butter and jelly.

He left the game due to his ankle but was ruled out and it was said he was ill. Seems strange to sort of change it up. He definitely tweaked his ankle. Perhaps he's just sick of being in Miami.

FWIW, Flex has been talking about the Suns as Butler's preferred trade destination for a while.

Teams are bracing for the next domino to drop on the trade market from the Nets, more specifically either Cam Johnson or Dorian Finney-Smith.Brooklyn has an extremely strong market for both players developing, but they could continue to wait in order to create bidding wars.

Nets are the in drivers seat, again.

Rival executives believe the Timberwolves will gauge Julius Randle’s trade value amidst their inconsistent start. With Minnesota over the second apron, Randle’s $33.1 million salary would be critical in any potential deal to help rebalance their roster around Anthony Edwards.

Ben Simmons is a player teams will be monitoring as a buyout candidate from the Nets before the trade deadline.Simmons holds no trade value on a massive $40.4 million expiring contract, but there’s intrigue for a potential buyout to join a contender on the veteran’s minimum.

The Kings remain a strong trade suitor for Cam Johnson and Dorian Finney-Smith.Sacramento’s interest is significant for both wings from the Nets, who have a robust market from contending teams. At 13-17, Sacramento is two games back of the Western Conference Play-In race.

If they were smart they'd go after Beal instead. And Nurkic. Come on people, speak it into existence.
