You say it's up to how the Nets use their assets and that's fair but you don't seem to be applying the same measures to the Suns. It's Nets vs 28 other teams and the Suns off on an island. The Nets won the KD trade and it appears they also won the Schroeder trade. The Nets gave up someone they didn't need and had just signed for someone with a similar contract but is injured but they added 2 extra 2nd round picks and potential upgraded a 2nd round pick also.
