Teams are going to love Will Howard and his leadership capabilities. I'm just not that sure how good he is going to be. I think his numbers are extremely inflated because he was throwing to 3 1st round picks in Egbuka, Carnell Tate, and Jeremiah Smith. Plus, his 2 RB's are going to be drafted in the mid rounds in Trey Henderson and Judkins. Their starting TE, Gee Scott, is probably going to be playing in the NFL too. In other words, he had a lot of weapons around him.

Quinshon Judkins’ footwork looks absolutely INSANE Many NFL scouts reportedly believe Judkins is a “first round prospect” with some even comparing him to Alvin Kamara.Judkins is currently training with Josh Hicks, who has trained several great RB’s including Ezekiel Elliott, Melvin Gordon, Leonard Fournette, and Tony Pollard.Judkins has been one of the best RB’s in college football throughout his entire college career. The Buckeyes RB is READY for the NFL Draft.

Last year at this time, I had potential starter grades on 12 DT's. This year I have 24 of them. Ridiculous amount of depth at the position in this draft class.
I just picture Monti rubbing his hands together and saying, "That deep? I'll get us the interior pass rush the D needs in the fourth round, then!"

monti's very first draft move ever was passing up on will anderson jr - not looking to rehash the reasoning im just sayin - rookie gm passing up on the second most important position and he already had his qb - maybe monti's just an offensive minded coach - cuz he didn't trade back when it was mhj and he could've probably gotten the same haul or better

Man, I wanted no part of him. Shows what I know!

9 times out of 10 these pre draft character concerns are BS. Micah Parsons, Jalen Carter, T'Vondre Sweat, L'ael Collins, Honey Badger etc etc

If they were top college players before they did some dumb thing that all college kids tend to do then the dumb stuff makes no difference. Frankly, I'm surprised there isn't more of it, especially now with NIL. If you gave me a million bucks and a porsche at 20 years old and I would have done some dumb poo too.

But it was due to between the ears issues and not talent...I was right there with ya, and I hate it every time I see the kid play. But passing on him wont be proven a bad decision for several years yet. Those between the ears issues can take some time to show out.
You especially dont wanna take those risks with a young team right after Henry Ruggs showed the world how bad some of those between the ears issues can be.

two more things:

1. Harry's fav Princely seems like the real deal according to this. I will say this about Harry --in my experience, when he really likes a prospect it usually turns out well.

2. Jack Sawyer is a better prospect than given credit for

That kinda reaffirms my stance the James Pearce, at 21, is the guy we should be targeting
You have to gain significant clarity around his lack of usage in college to take him in round 1. It's a red flag.

And TBF...same goes for Mike Green's dismissal from Virginia.

that 15% vertical line sure seems to have some significance
Maybe to some degree. That said, Felix Anudike-Uzimah, Odafe Oweh, Taco Charlton, George Karlaftis, Derek Barnett, LJ collier, and Chase Young are all above it. Some of those guys are legit NFL players but none are Top 20 level players. Early on Latu and Chop.
