I absolutely understand his approach here -- it's all the little things you do during the week that leads to success. But if you keep preaching that for three seasons and you don't actually get results, you have to get rid of the guy and find someone with a different message and approach.

Monti is the most likely to get JG fired by not providing good enough players. Kyler is the second-most likely because he's a goober who chokes under pressure.
