The Philadelphia 76ers won't know their draft fate until May 12. They did finish 24-58 and the fifth-worst record in the league, but the pick is only top 6 protected so they won't know whether they will have a first-round pick in the 2025 draft until the lottery in May.

With that being said, there is a good chance they keep the pick. Due to their finish in the standings, the Sixers will have a 64% chance at keeping their pick. It isn't 100%, but it's something. If it doesn't land in the top 6, then the pick is conveyed to the Oklahoma City Thunder.

If they have a pick, the Sixers will have options. A mock draft performed by CBS Sports has the Sixers selecting Texas scorer Tre Johnson--a popular option for Philadelphia at this spot--with the No. 5 pick:

Johnson was one of the best pure scorers in college basketball. He is the best prospect out of the University of Texas since Kevin Durant went No. 2 overall in the 2007 NBA Draft. If the 76ers are on the clock and Johnson is on the board, they shouldn't hesitate to select him despite already having their backcourt of the future in Tyrese Maxey and Jared McCain.

Johnson's offensive numbers in his freshman season at Texas were impressive. He averaged 19.9 points and shot 39.7% from deep. He can take anybody off the dribble, can knock down a spot-up triple, and has the potential to be in a team's rotation from the get-go. If the Sixers are in the 4-5-6 range, then he will certainly be a top option for president Daryl Morey and Co. to look at.
