The 2025 NFL draft is less than a month away, and the Chicago Bears have multiple avenues they can go with the 10th overall pick.
Chicago shored up the offensive and defensive lines during free agency, which general manager Ryan Poles noted gives them more freedom with their draft board. That means "best player available" is likely on the table. But would they consider a running back for new head coach Ben Johnson in the Top 10?
Boise State's Ashton Jeanty has been linked to the Bears throughout the pre-draft process, especially now after the team retooled the entire starting interior offensive line. If Jeanty really is on the table, and he's unavailable, would they consider another playmaking running back?
In a new mock draft from NFL.com's Bucky Brooks, the Bears make a shocking selection with North Carolina running back Omarion Hampton at 10th overall.
Some draft analysts have a small gap between Jeanty and Hampton in what's considered a deep running back class. But will Chicago even consider going running back if offensive linemen like Will Campbell and/or Armand Membou are still on the board? Could there be an edge rusher they like enough to select at No. 10?
Ultimately, who the Bears ultimately select could very well depend on how the board falls. But after what Chicago did this offseason -- and Poles' comments -- it sounds like everything is on the table.

Ben Johnson's immense success with a two-back rotation in Detroit could prompt Chicago to expend its top pick on a physical runner to partner with the dynamic D'Andre Swift.
