Why wasn't Shermar Smith all that productive at A&M?

I'm really starting to like the trade back and grab Mike Green. Explosive, fast, can bend, and gets after the QB. Very productive.

1 - re: Shemar Stewart: He doesn't know how to finish and his bend is not that of an edge guy because he is so big. h eis raw and should get better.

2 - re: Green. don't get cute. Just grab him at 16.

Trouble shedding blockers and grasping leverage. Also too few moves, depended on speed too much

Nice project. Needs to add strength and technique. Solid set of raw abilities. Cards would need a late round pick to get him. With Jones on board they may not want another guy to develop.

I’m 85% sure he won’t be there. The talk of him being a trade-down prospect is just being naive, when I’m confident it’s more possible he’ll be a trade-up prospect.

He is a small EDGE prospect and those can be a limit suitors but he is one of the few polished pass rushers in this class. I have a tough time seeing him fall past 20. 10-20 range is my guess.

Also, the top 10 is kinda weak. McMillan is my WR1 but he won't be everyone's cup of tea. Jeanty is a RB. Warren is a TE. I don't necessarily see more than one OL going top 10. CB is kinda meh. EDGE and DL are the two spots you have to think get over-drafted a bit if teams have to stick and pick.

I have read that his sets need some work. I think every player coming from college needs to add strength but I like Vinson's actually. I think he actually goes rounds 3-4 based on being a clear OT with lots of experience. His reps at the Senior Bowl doing well against top college talent will bump him as that is one of the major concerns. also, he will get some Quinn Meinerz glow.

I saw a video yesterday highlighting that Grey Zabel of NDSU (who played tackle but was moved inside to guard) was dominating from the OL perspective. Potentially one to keep an eye on.

Good to see that the D-linemen and WRs (two positions we could use) are showing up so far too.

Yeah that's the thing. Most of these highlight moments are not coming against guys who will be top 15 picks. Often they are against future 4th round picks or even udfa
