The 24 season 7 prequel television movie will be on Sunday, November 23rd.

Link (Warning: minor spoilers) -- http://tv.ign.com/articles/874/874212p1.html

I'm all over it, thanks for the heads up. I am so addicted to this show, it's killing me that it won't be back till January. I have all the previous seasons on DVD, I guess that will have to do for now. :(

I can't wait till November 23rd.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, Jon Voight has signed on for the upcoming seventh season of "24."

On the Fox drama, Voight will play Jack Bauer's (Kiefer Sutherland) uber-nemesis who is pulling the strings behind next season's terrorist threat.

The character will be introduced during "24's" two-hour Season 7 prequel and will be featured heavily in the latter half of the season.

Not as good as it once was, but 24 is still a great show. I'll be watching.

Excellent first two episodes indeed.

Although to nit pick, I thought it was a little strange that they immediately dropped the real time aspect in the first few minutes of the show by having...
that programmer kidnapped, taken to the hideout, broken, and able to create the hacked device all within the first 10 minutes.

This show has completely thrown the time consistency aspect out the window, the plot is incredibly outlandish, and the explanation for Tony still being alive is borderline ridiculous.

With all of that said, it looks like this season may be one of the best yet. The first 4 episodes were entertaining as hell. So I'll be watching the rest, definitely.

I get so hooked into this show. I don't nit pick, I enjoy it for what it is and that is action packed and Jack is just downright brutal at times.

This thread needs a bump for Jack Bauer. Everything is coming together now, surprised?

I'm liking this season a lot. Sure, it's got its issues, but it's far more exciting and fast paced than the two most recent seasons, IMO.

Plus, I think Agent Freckles is cute.

So Donald, we are already on episode nine. When do you think Bauer and Freckles start swapping spit?

For those that want to watch 24 online, here is the link.

While I think Season 5 will always be the high point for me, I agree that this season has had it all so far. I have really enjoyed it as I always do with this show. 24 is by far and away my favorite show, every Monday at 8pm I turn off my phone and tune out the world for an hour. I love 24!!

I LOVED that last two hour episode.

The President was a bonehead there, though.

Vegas, baby, yeah!
Terrific series - this season is better than most.

I can see that the writers still haven't put away the random plot generator, though.

Regarding tonight
Not Bill :(

Even though they do it just about every season, it saddens me when a good reoccurring character gets the silent clock. At least he got a fitting ending.

True.. I was bummed when that happened. But...

I'm just glad they didn't kill Aaron Pierce. A little bit of 24 trivia for those that watch the show regularly, Agent Pierce is the only character in 24 other then Jack Bauer to appear in and live through all 7 seasons of 24 to date. I thought when he got shot that they were going to kill him, glad they didn't. I'll really miss Bill though, that character rocked.

This is easily the best season of 24 in awhile.

They have the action back at full tilt. Less intrigue, more action. I love it.

And Jaqueline Bauer (agent freckles) is coming into her own as a badass.
