I’m a Murray fan but I would not mind taking a qb to give us options should he fail this year.

With the potential controversy it would bring to take Shedeur Sanders, and Kyler's reputation of not taking controversy well, I don't think we'll be taking him... but I kinda wish we would. Without the circus Shedeur will bring to most teams, the guy is talented enough. We've been seeking a competent backup for years.

I'd actually be all for it, but anyone who knows me here knows I'm not a very big Kyler fan, and wish he had some legit competition or motivation to work harder for his role. Still, I wouldn't want to take him before Skattebo.

Sanders aside, I'm not against throwing a dart on Ewers or McCord. It's not the end of the world to see if you get a decent player.

A speed wide receiver or a diamond in the rough offensive line player would be my choice. I would take Ewers over shadeur. So much less baggage and has potential to be a decent QB

Agree. After the fourth round pick taking a chance on somebody you like is fine. Not Sanders though. Too much of a distraction.

Taking a qb in the 5th round would be good. Brisset is the backup for this year but developing another makes sense especially if the team is not high on Tune.Teams need 3 qbs especially with the injuries happening all the time.

I like McCord, but Howard is awful. Regardless, the Cardinals with only 6 picks, are not drafting a QB.
