I liked the premise of Moonlight, but the writing was weak. Isn't there a vampire show coming to HBO?

Also, how much would it suck to get cancelled after 1 episode?

Cool, I hadn't heard about this. Coming in September. Written by Alan Ball (American Beauty) and staring Anna Paquin. I'll be looking forward to this.

I never watched any of those shows. Of course, in my mind, that's why they were canceled.

I watched October Road, but only because it started during the summer when there was nothing else and then if I remember correctly it played for awhile during the strike when there was nothing else. I didn't expect it to last.

I also watched Moonlight. I thought it was a pretty weak show overall, but it gave me something to watch in the mornings with my attendants.

Miss guided was actually pretty funny, but it never had much of a chance. The first episode of cavemen was horrible. For some reason I watched episode 2, and I thought it was actually pretty funny. There was one episode I thought was very funny. That said, I knew it would not make it.

I watched Back to You. It was really weak. I almost felt bad for Patricia Heaton and Kelsey Grammer because I do like both of them. The show just sucked.

Anybody seen the list of summer shows? When do rescue me and the Shield comeback?

The Shield is back September 2. Rescue me won't be back until March 2009.

i know this'll get me slammed, but i liked kid nation. even if it was all set-up. something about watching precocious children act older than they're supposed to. it freaks out my former roommate . . . that's enough for me!

Ok, I know Joe Mama will be disappointed in me, but I LOVE Moonlight! Seriously I am so sad to see that it's been cancelled... however it looks like Sci-Fi Channel might pick it up - I'm not holding my breath though!

I was a sucker for Moonlight too.

I hope it's picked up on Sci-Fi.

We need closure on this whole Beth/Mick love story. Plus the new DA was going to have an interesting storyline.

I kind of liked Notes from the underbelly. But I laughed to my wife that when she finally gave birth the show would end. She gave birth on the final.
