From what I've heard and read neither will stay at 3B. Davidson has terrible lateral movement and range and Bochering supposedly will outgrow the position. He is listed at 6'3 200 at age 18 so we'll see. To answer your question Borchering as he has a full season as pro under his belt at 3B.
