I expect the line to be Paris, Adams, Fro, Hernandez, Williams.
The only question is Williams injury and Hernandez resigning. I expect they want to resign Hernandez but I think his value higher than people here think, I expect he'll get $8-10m.
We see after FA and reassess but if Hernandez doesn't resign I expect them to fix that in FA, not the draft.
(Brown was fine, especially for the money)
I have a couple issues with this.
Hernandez is 30, over 300 lbs and coming off a knee injury in October. To think his recovery won't take at least a year is wildly hopeful. I know there was a Weinfuss report stating he should be recovered by training camp, but that is pure speculation.
Same with Jonah Williams.
So in a make or break year, I disagree with the idea you can leave FA with the hopes of Hernandez and Williams being healthy to start the year and little depth.
The other thing I struggle with is "Brown was fine, especially for the money". Winning and production should be more important than value spending. I don't have an issue with signing a low figure player to be an answer at a position, but it better hit if that is the direction you are going to go. Brown was ok being the 5th best OL in the starting lineup, but Adams now takes that role which means the line needs better.
