He's just a soldier, dude!

I think this is a sign that suberbly overpaid Garcia is on the hot seat.

He has said over and over... HE will draft the BEST player on the board, regardless of need.

Not a bad pick. Would have prefered a chance on poole or another CB.

I am with you on that I sure thought it would be a CB. The Cards must have something in mind for CB perhaps some sort of June miracle.

The Cards have 3 CBs who have played good in the NFL.

This kid is a battler. He dropped because of injury to an ankle which caused him to play out of position.

Face it the o line needed attention just like the d line. DG believes winning football starts with the o line and d line.

A DG trait has always been a quality C.

I'm not sure what it was about the dude, but in the contest, three or more ASFN'ers projected Stepanovich to be a Cardinal pick. One other ASFN' predicted Leckey. One or two had Dansby. I think one might have had Dockett. And of course most of us had Fitz.

I was talking about it with my friends, but this is the first year the Cards have drafted anywhere near what we wanted. No Michael Stone, Johny Rutledge, no KVB. I am quite pleased with this year's draft.

Really and what Cardinals games are you watching?????????????????? Starks has been injured the past two years, Macklin was not a starter in Indy and Hill is a good Nickel but he's not a starting material.

I think some of us realize that we need more Pete Kendall type attitude guys on the line. Being 6'6"-380 is fine but if someone knocks you on your arse or you can't get a push then you suck.

Step will Conrad Dobler you into submission. He'll make your line calls and he'll fight to the finish.

He was also the heavyweight wrestling champion of OHIO in high school.
