LeBron James didn't hold back on Wednesday with a long, very honest appearance on The Pat McAfee Show, which shouldn't be a surprise to anyone.
And yes, it's worth noting that he's appearing on ESPN, the same network that employs Stephen A. Smith, whom the Los Angeles Lakers superstar feuded with recently.
