Agreed. There's a reason Pugh isn't on another roster. IMO, he's to that point where he's either playing for the Cards or he's not playing at all.

He just got cleared for football activities. Do you think we need an upgrade at LG, regardless of who it is? Because I certainly do.

Yes, which is what I posted earlier. Instead of floating some of these guys to RG, I'd have them all try LG and see what happens.

RG or LG, I would like to try Gaines there. I feel we have a decent backup Center with Elflein.

Mmm. I just wouldn't make many definitive judgements regarding the offensive line after the first pre-season game. Again, they haven't been able to hit much due to rules which is big for offensive linemen, they have multiple new players, and they have a new scheme. Game three should be a better indicator IMO.

agree. Full speed full contact reps cannot be replicated in practice. I have yet to see the sled that will dip shift and swim on a guy.
