San Diego WILL ABSOLUTELY PLAY against us
They honestly believe that they're a superbowl team (and I'm not one to argue too terribly), and because of this they want home field advantage throughout. Not to mention the first round bye.... Plus there's this record that no one on the team is talking about. 2 more TDs to take it, 5-6 more to put it out of reach for a very long time. I'd guess they go into the game planning to blow us out and rest the troops in the second half, but why do they need even more rest if they've already secured a 1st round bye??? I suppose it all depends on the various players' conditions going into the game. Then, if they should happen to lose, it goes down as them not really trying and giving us absolutely no credit.
