New England Patriots coach Mike Vrabel was at the Texas Pro Day on Tuesday, as the team continues to evaluate prospects in the 2025 NFL draft.

The Longhorns have multiple prospects coming out of college this year, including star offensive tackle Kelvin Banks Jr. and wide receiver Matthew Golden.

New England still has a major hole to fill at left tackle, and Banks could be a first-round option for the team. The Patriots might also consider adding another wide receiver on offense, even after signing four-time Pro Bowl wideout Stefon Diggs on Tuesday.

That could lead them to considering a player like Golden.

Banks was the winner of the Outland Trophy and the Lombardi Award in 2024. The Outland Trophy recognized him as the nation’s top interior lineman, while the Lombardi Trophy recognized him as the best lineman overall.

Golden was a playmaking offensive catalyst for the Longhorns last season. He tallied 58 catches for 987 yards and nine touchdowns.

Mass Live's Mark Daniels listed seven notable prospects at Texas: Banks, Golden, Isaiah Bond, Cameron Williams, Barryn Sorrell, Jahdae Barron and Alfred Collins.
