There's still time to ask him why richard Jefferson isn't on the USA team![Smile :) :)](data:image/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAIAAAAAAAP///yH5BAEAAAAALAAAAAABAAEAAAIBRAA7)
Justin (Los Angeles CA): People think that the Lakers won't go far in the playoffs because Kobe would need to win an entire series pretty much by himself. But I think he's that darn good. What do you think of the Lakers chances in the playoffs?
Bill Walton: (12:28 PM ET ) It's very difficult to win playing by yourself, and the Lakers had their best run by getting everyone involved. The Mihm injury ic critical. He's been playing well and Odom has been on fire, but now Brown and Bynum have to step up after being invisible most of the season. The Lakers, who looked like postseason locks until late yesterday, have the easiest remaining schedule in the league but they have more trouble with bad teams than good. Two losses to Portland the last two months. Bryant is good enough to win any game, but right now you're talking about matching up with Phoenix, which is a really good team. The pace the Suns play at you have to say they have a clear edge. Point of fact: Phil Jackson told us they are the one team the Lakers haven't had success against this year. But he also said he doesn't think that style can sustain playoff success. I disagree, but then I'm just a broadcaster and he's the Hall of Fame coach.
Here's another coment on the suns:
"As we dream about globalization and the future how ironic that it's Nash and a team that no one wanted who are playing the most enjoyable basketball of all? It's not how big you are it's how big you play."
