That was incline press. That is much harder than a flat bench.

Looked like an appearance by our boy Marshay Green at the end. :)

You seriously think 405 on the incline for a secondary guy isn't impressive?

yea...should help him in coverage. Tell me he studies 12 hours of game film a day, to help himself on the field, then ill be impressed.

To help himself on the field, A-Dub studies 12 hours of game film a day! Impressed now? :p

Maybe a beast as an athletic talent, but a question mark in terms of covering a receiver. If this team will just keep him out of man coverage he's fine!!! Hopefully Horton runs the zones the Steelers made successful, but that may be hard 2 do with 2 CBs who excel in man to man.

Man/zone??

Got my new favorite phrase, with my own slight spin on it, from that video. Been yelling it at my guys since I saw it.

"Shut your mouth and watch a grown man work!"

I have seen it. But then again, it was this guy (http://www.xtremeintensity.com/chalkdustchampions/tom-manno.cfm). I first met him when he asked me to help spot for him (took 3 of us). He was doing 500 plus lb. close grip benches. He eventually did a 700 plus lb bench in competition. Tommy died last year of cancer. Hard to imagine.

That dude was impressive....slightly smaller than me, the most I have ever attempted on bench is 550...did six reps....been working with dumbells for years, hardly ever touch a flat bar now....to go six and seven hundred pounds is just nutz! Its a shame the cancer got him, looks like he battled all of his life.
I am 43 now,....in May I did standing arm curls with 280 lbs,..only 4 reps though...it was my peak on a pyramid set.
as for AW...I have yet to see the incline bench that I trust enough to hold my 330 plus more than another 300 pounds,lol....even at my age I may still be able to do the 405 though....I know I can do ten reps with 150lb dumbells....and dumbells are much harder than flat bars.
