Mark if you ever want to come out for a game I'll give you a pass (free ride out), I work for an airline. Just let me know bud. :)

That's awesome! Maybe NSDF can be our next hosted outta towner visitor. We haven't done that in a while. Anyone game?

my wife has instructions, in case one day I cant make it, to come on here to thank everyone..................and then bitch at K9 about something :D.

:lmao:

I had similar instructions when I was worried about flying six weeks after 9/11. Funny, isn't it?

Great post, NSDF. Hope all is well on the East Coast. :)

I guess the D.D. leaving-thing got me thinking today...

One of the constants in life is "change." Each day brings us wonderful moments of joy as well as possibly having to deal with some very tough situations. I can share with you that I hope to get to AZ. one day to take in a game with all of you in the "nest." To be part of the "Red Sea"...Loud & Proud! But, time will tell if I actually get to do that.

Soooooooooooooo, I wanted to take a moment to say to each one of you how much I appreciate YOU and this board. I can't remember the last time I missed a day of getting my Cardinal "news" or just seeing how everyone is doing.

But, I also know that one day I will NOT be here and because of that I was NOT going to miss the chance, while I still have it, to say a proper "good-bye."

I sincerely hope that you live your lives to the fullest...ENJOY each and every moment...and...make a difference.

I DON'T believe God makes "junk"
...and I DON"T believe in "lost causes", either.

So, from the heart,

ALL THE BEST, my Cardinal friends! :)

Not sure if there's Direct TV in heaven but that would be...AWESOME!! :)

Mark,

Yours, are the posts I always avoid when I'm feeling angry and self-righteous about something "Cardinals". But when I finally agree to an attitude adjustment, I always go back and read what you have to say to gain perspective. Without guys like you, this place would turn into an apocalyptic landscape resembling the one in the movie, "The Road"...or worse yet...a 49ers message board. Great post, and keep them coming...and GO CARDS!

NSDF,
I was part of getting English out here from England....I am sure we can get you out here from inside the US.

You get out here, and I will make sure you have a great seat for the game (and anyone else you bring with).

Hope everything works out for you. BIRDGANG!

APPRECIATE the kind words. I just know that sometimes people go "missing" on here and then we later learn that, sadly, they're gone. I just wanted to say how I feel while I still could.

Mark :)

I totally understand this. My Boomer friends and I are saying "Love you!" to each other more than we did through the years.

Your posts are always a joy to read, NSDF and I'm glad you're part of the ASFN family. Which has more than a few crazy uncles, attic nut-cases, loud mouths, unappreciated geniuses, fun cousins, wry comics, and, I'm not sure how it happened but, one or two totally normal people. All the best families do. :)

Give me a minute.....

First I have to decide if declaring yourself normal means you're really, really secure... or really, really delusional. :D

I'm a Cards fan and I'm not bitter, I think "delusional" is a given.
