Yeah I don't know if Kolb just doesn't see guys or if he thinks I'm supposed to throw to larry.
But it's gotta stop, he's gotta figure out there are other guys open and get them the ball or this is going to continue.
It just seems to me that if the first guy isn't open Kolb loses faith that the OL will give him time to see the next guy. And the first guy is almost always Fitz so teams take him away and then it's just chaos for Kolb. they need to design more plays where someone else is the primary target, make Kolb look at other players.
I think LF intimidates people especially QB's for his team.
I'm pretty sure LF just wants to win, but like all winners he thinks he's always open and Kolb dosen't have the cache Warner did to back him down.
The OC whoever that is has to tell Kolb that Larry is going to say he's always open and sure we want to get him the ball but only if he's the best option, and when you notice he's that smothered that means someone else is open all day long, find them.
Course if the next day in meetings you have to endure the wrath of Fitz that would suck knowing he could make one call and have people discuss firing or benching you.
That's why the power can't be vested in the players hand like that, this organization makes classic textbook errors all the time.
Haley would straighten out the mess some, he knew what's up with that kind of stuf and was fearless, it's why I love watching the guy coach.
The fans here were ready to toss him earlier when the Chiefs were 0-3, he totally botched the lockout with his training camp ideas, then his best RB got hurt, his QB was hurt and it all started imploding around him.
Then one day he lights up Matt Cassell and presto he starts playing some ball....
