It seems it was unintentional and he cared enough to followup. Seems to me like this was accidental or misintrepted.

No, he cared enough to have a PR guy follow up, through someone else.

pretty classy response - be it through a PR person or from KK himself.

I agree. The guy obviously cares a lot. These folks ragging on Kasper's response are being stubborn. Rediculous.

Plenty, but I didn't do it in order to be able to spell it out to you, or anyone else on an internet message board.

No really, please tell us. I'm sure it is more than Kasper does since you are so quick to dismiss his charity.

It's part of human nature. Most people would rather die than admit they were wrong and change their minds.

Personally, I could care less about all of the community stuff a guy has done in the past when it comes to an isolated incident where he stiffed a kid.

I wasn't there so I don't know exactly what happened, but I do know a lot of people who act differently when they know they're being watched and when they don't think they are being watched.

I met Kevin Kasper in Chicago last year at the hotel they stayed at. He came down to the lobby the night before the game, sat at a table, and signed about 40 autographs for a junior soccer team...I say delete the bad thread.

I am MORE than satisfied.

Thanks Chrissy M. for the message and thanks Kevin Kasper for sending it; also, thanks for your work in our commuintiy.

I would also think it would be great for you to send that autograph to Shane's son.

Then...I would like to hear from Shane...

To other members of our brotherhood; please save the "holier than thou's".

I agree.

Remember, Shane's problem was not that he didn't sign an autograph...lots of athletes skip signings, but in the way he stiffed his son...rolling his eyes at him and moving on. That's what made it seem so bad. I don't think Shane would have brought it up if KK had said something like "Sorry, not today."

I think an autograph from KK would be awesome for Shane's boy. I agree that KK must have just had a bad day and it is very cool that he would care so much about clearing this up.
