Actually we beat you like a drum the last time we played in football AND we have better future prospects then you . We return the entire starting defense from an 8-5 season and from all starting indications have the better QB's to choose from as well.

So look likes your behind in both at this point....Unless you think last years trend of winning by 3 at home with the best player in program history is going to continue this year with him gone and your new go to guy now being Cous Cous .

Apparently patronizing Sun Devil fans doesn't go as far as it used to. My post was in response to your epic rebuttal that Arizona Football is "NOT" better then ASU. As if capitalizing NOT is some kind of reasoning.

Try having a point and backing it up with actual logic and reasoning.

It's such a ridiculous statement I didn't think you would need an explanation as to how wrong you are. Look at the recruiting classes. We got the number one ILB, and a very good DT in Cory Adams. I can't find anyone worth mention in UA's class.

Or maybe we should sticky a thread saying 'no being mean UA fans'. Gerell hasn't played long enough to criticize his ranking. And last season we had a good season and I think we will build on it. It would be sound logic to say your team has farther to go then us.

That being said, anyone who think ASU is going to be a 9 or 10 win football team this year is deluding themselves. It could happen in 2010 and most likely will happen in 2011 but right now they do not have enough offensively to be an upper-tier Pac-10 team. Seven or eight wins before the bowl is the most likely scenario.

True. Hopefully Sullivan (or hopefully another Samson starts) can surprise people and play decent, and just take what the defense gives them. ASU defense is going to be going from good to great over the next few years. I agree that 2010 and 2011 will be ASU's year to do something very special.

Ugh. I hate agreeing with Mao. Long run, ASU will likely be better in football and UA in hoops. It is not impossible for either or both to suddenly break out and be good in both sports.

Go Devils. At ASU, we need to find our good young football coach within about three years. I believe Erickson will resuscitate the program but he tends to move often and he's not getting any younger.
