Former New England Patriots player Aaron Hernandez is set to be arraigned on a charge he tried to silence a witness in a double murder case by shooting him in the face. Hernandez's arraignment is scheduled for Thursday in a Boston courtroom. It will be Hernandez's first court appearance since he was sentenced the day of his conviction to life in prison without parole.
