Two cycles in 11 days.
If this guy doesn't go to the all star game something's wrong.

You're right. And Goldy was on his way to a cycle in today's game as well, except fan interference in the 9th inning held him to a second double.

How about the D'backs rising batting averages. Hill, Goldy, Kubel and Bloomquist all close to .300.

D-backs' Aaron Hill hits for 2nd cycle in win

MILWAUKEE (AP) -- Aaron Hill hit for the cycle for the second time in 12 days and Ian Kennedy pitched seven strong innings, leading the Arizona Diamondbacks to a 9-3 victory over the Milwaukee Brewers on Friday night.
The Arizona Diamondbacks' second baseman also singled, doubled, tripled and homered on June 18 against Seattle.
Brooklyn's Babe Herman is the only other major leaguer to hit for two cycles in one season since 1900, according to STATS LLC. He accomplished the feat in 1931.
On Friday night, Hill doubled for his 1,000th hit in the first, singled in the third and hit his 11th home run of the season, a two-run shot in the fourth. All those hits came off Milwaukee starter Randy Wolf (2-6).

You have a strong statistical argument, but I don't see how you can keep Chipper Jones out while he's putting up respectable numbers in his adios year.

You have a point. I am loving what Hill is doing, but even I might be inclined to give the nod to Chipper in his final year for all he's accomplished. Reminds me of Cal Ripken Jr's last season.
