I don't want to take anything away from Rodgers, But the Hail Mary's he completed this season should just NEVER happen...

When you have a ball in the air for an eternity, and know that the likelihood of seeing a P.I flag is slim to none, those catches should be like 1 out of 100 at best, and that one should come off a lucky pachinko-like scenario, not the poor defense that netted the one's that Rodgers has this year.

Last I checked he doesn't need to?

Yea cause he can just throw it 5 yards to Gronk and then Gronk will just school every single defender in his way and take it the distance.

Imagine if Rodgers played with someone like Gronk, he would shatter every passing record that there is.

Question for Bettcher. Did he consider playing Fitz and Floyd on defense, in the End Zone? I've seen other teams do it.

Arians told Bettcher to blitz and not play prevent so I think that would void out putting any of our receives back there.

After watching the Hail Mary again here's what I saw:

Rogers scrambling then puts it up. Johnson and PP are staring at a game ending interception floating their way and neither one sees Janis. This is why you have to teach these guys to just knock the ball down in that situation. I know an INT is sexy there but win the game. That's sexier but they simply lost track of him and both were focused on the ball.

On reply, PP is trying to knock is straight down, but Janis gets in front of him. Good play by Janis, I wish Johnson would have turned to play a strip on Janis sooner, we might have been able to prevent possession since Janis didn't actually catch the ball.

Eh, I'll never be able to just like him all the way. Part of me still wants to punch him in the face for that stupid title belt move in the useless regular season game they crushed us in back when. Yeah, we rubbed his face (or, facemask) in it in the playoffs, but that was classless stuff.

Rodgers is a douche. His title belt celebration was copied from Freddie Mitchell back in the day. I'll give him credit for parlaying it into what are surely huge sums of cash for it though.

Guy is an awesome QB. They desperately need to get him some help on both sides of the ball.

Rogers at least has a title belt to wear while Fab Five Fred does not.
