The ultimate Pitt style 3-4 D-end who'd fit seamlessly into the AZ defence.

What say you?

Have the Steelers cut anyone recently who has gone on to have a few more good years? I am not saying they haven't, but I can't think of one. Seems like they know when to cut their losses.

I'd be ok w/ Aaron Smith as a backup as he has been productive when healthy (though the 2nd part has been rare)

One guy that I am curious about is Red Bryant from Seattle. I think he could rotate across the entire dline.

If Holliday doesn't come back, he may be a good option.

Since Smith was cut, we will know soon if the Cardinals want him, since they don't have to wait for free agency.

A 36 year old who has played in a grand total of 15 games in 3 years. Ending the last 3 seasons on IR, not even getting past the 6 game mark.

Really???

I would rather try re-signing Vonnie Holliday.

+ 1.

You know---I actually think we are finally past the point of wanting or having to sign ex-Steeler past their prime players.

This is good news, for sure.

This would have to be at the vet minimum type of signing. I would rather draft a guy in the 3rd, 4th or fifth rounds to be the backup. You get young legs and upside. I have to agree with joeshmo on this one. the guy has not played but 15 games in three seasons. It just doesn't sound like he would be a good pickup.

Lol. Just keep digging, son.

I take back what I said. I'm officially impressed (with your lack of sense).

Sorry, again...

Can I wash your car, Dad, to make it up?
