RG needs to act quick on getting a new coach in place.. As much as I like Coach Mac, i think on monday after the game he should be fired or ask to resign... then RG can start the process of interviewing new coaches.. Fassel has my choice, but I think Lovie Smith and the Def. asst with Balitmore would be good. Get them in here and interviewed... there is no reason to not have a new coach in place by conference championship or earlier...then the new cocahces can start putting together then assts, and going through team films and assesing player personal and targeting needs.. I would love to have a off. minded HC here that can bring this offense to it potiental.., and a very aggressive proven DC... young and up and upcoming...
