I like Rondae Hollis-Jefferson, Stanley Johnson and Trey Lyles as under the radar options.

I still believe Stanley Johnson can find a role for himself in the NBA.
I love what RHJ brings although he had injuries and a bad year this year.
Lyles showed promise last year and was terrible this year.

Not to mention Lyles and Stanley Johnson are probably not going to get much more than the minimum.

I like the Lyles idea. He did regress this year, but he's 23 and could find himself reenergized in a new situation. I think he could definitely be had pretty cheap, and I like that he's got the Booker college connection.

Rondae and Stanley are both wings in the Josh Jackson mold.

Rondae is a Power Forward and Stanley Johnson can still develop into a PJ Tucker

They are not at all similiar to Josh Jackson

I was a huge Trey Lyles fan coming out of college and he played for Kentucky. I'd be interested.

I wouldn't be shocked if Trey Lyles spends one final year in Denver. They would need to sign him for his qualifying offer but they traded Donovan Mitchell for him. Keeping him for another year in hopes he finally pans out wouldn't surprise me.

If they don't extend the QO to him though then I'm all for taking a look.

I read a couple articles by Denver sites (basically just fans who write, but still...) that made it seem they will likely move on.

I could see it; Millsap is pretty old now but is firmly entrenched as the starter. And they may prefer Hernangomez as the backup 4 to develop. Here's a recent article about how beloved he is in the locker room:

I know they like Hernangomez but Millsap has a team option for next season at $30 million. The Nuggets don't have cap space but Millsap brings them up to the tax line. Their playoff run means the luxury tax likely won't be an issue next season but they may try to get Millsap signed longterm for less which could backfire, in which case keeping Lyles would be more important. They could always extend the QO to Lyles so they have him locked in, kind of, while they work with Millsap to get him signed beyond this season and for less. No one else will offer Millsap $30 million so declining that option is probably the right thing to do and then resigning him to a deal that works better for everyone that gives them a little bit of flexibility this summer to make another free agency signing.

Michael Porter Jr will play next season as well and should be a PF.

I really doubt Denver wants to afford spending any money on Lyles on the QO.
