Just last year. Other then that Wilson has been pretty healthy overall. Hopefully he will be ok Sunday.

Precautionary thing. Breaston looked okay to me last week with a similar hammy issue.

I dunno about the hammy situation.
I got one going on, and it bothers me only when I stop playing. But I am lucky since rugby is two 40 minute continuous halves that once it is warmed up it is fine.
Thus football a game where you play your side and get off the field it might be a problem later in the game. BUT you also have to remember they got million dollar trainers.
He can play on the hammy but it is a matter of how long before it tightens up.
Still bad news.

Can we maybe, at all, pin blame on John Lott for any of this? Wasn't this a problem with a lot of his teams that he has conditioned in the past? I remember the Browns had no problems letting the guy go. He has basically been a journeyman strength and conditioning coach, so I don't know. I know injuries happen, and that is just part of football, but the bug has seemed to coincidentally hit us very hard since Whiz got here with him.

This team has been devastated with injuries many times over before Lott ever was hired by the Cards.

No doubt. To claim that we are having an increase in injuries that could be correlated to Lott is absurd. If anything we seem healthier than the Cards of old.

THIS JUST IN: all NFL teams have to deal with injuries...part o' the game, my friends...some are luckier than others in a given year....but, most NFL players will tell you that they are playing hurt MOST of the time.

man of course these injuries are to all of our big name defense players , I was really hoping Berry could make it atleast through the first half of the season being injury free but hopefully if he comes back we have a winning record and hes good to go, but man we need Wilson vs the Jets otherwise or secondary will get eaten alive by favre....
