Let me start by saying Adrian Wilson is my all time favorite Cardinal ever. With that said, this was a good business move by the front office. Difficult moves like this is what the Cardinals need. Wilson's inability to play in coverage combined with his age and salary are reasons why he has been released. I wish AW nothing but the best, and one day we will all see his name posted in the Ring of Honor.

Agreed.

Yet, the Cardinal track record on these business decisions is horrific. It is only a good move IF if the Cardinals improve themselves with what they gain by cutting Wilson.

In the past the Cardinals:

Cut Duece Lutui for Daryn Colledge

Trade Boldin for Doucet

Cut Leinart for Derek Anderson.

Leonard Davis for Levi Brown

Tim Hightower for Beanbag Wells

Etc, etc, etc.

Again, I agree that in the business that is the NFL, this is the right move. It is just the Cardinals are able to do the easy part, and cut players, but when it comes time to use the opportunity they gain by said cut, they more times then not drop the ball.

Is Terrance Holt retired ? I sure hope so.
