I just watched it. I thought Charlize did a fine job playing Aeon. However, I wasn’t too impressed with the overall movie. I have never seen the animated series though, so maybe it would have been better if I had.

The whole movie was special effects eye candy and the beauty that is Theron, but it was entertaining if you didn't want a movie that made you think about anything....

DCR & I watched this in HD DVD last night, and while it truly was visually stunning, the movie itself...eh. And yes, Charlize Theron is smokin' hot. I told Nick last night that I think she's the most beautiful woman in Hollywood. But the script was just bad, bad, bad. I found it hilarious that she kicked every man's ass that she came across without trouble, but the first woman she has to fight is a serious challenge. Whatever.
