Jones took out 2 Celtics to take the 3 pt comp and I am loving it. There isn't enough purple and orange there though. Griffin should be fun to watch in the dunk contest but Nash should be getting him the ball spectacularly in the All Star game, that would be sweet.

What a joke man, Blake Griffin should have gotten about a 44 for his first and a 40 for his second dunk.

DeRozans dunks were all better than his and Ibakas too.

They robbed Ibaka and DeRozan on their first dunks and Griffin got 5-6 points extra on each dunk.

Its not even fair. Griffin, DeRozan and Ibaka aren't in his level. McGee is AUTOMATIC #1!!!!

Obviously.. Griffin was by far the worst of the 4 and should have never got to the final and that stupid fan vote.

The fans give it to Griffin. What a waste of time. The slam dunk contest is all hype so it was not worth it for McGee.

Ibaka's dunk from the free throw line is better than Blake's car jump, i guess he could have done better with presentation.

Ibaka's free throw line dunk was one of the best I've ever seen. Better than Jordan. Better than Dr. J.

They were right, it was a dunk I had never seen before. It was a car commercial with not out that much skill involved. Ibaka and McGee had the two best IMO.
What a joke. Next time they might jump over a Rolex. So weak, couldn't even jump over the roof of the hooptie.

Unfortunately Ibakas 2nd dunk was kinda lame.

DeRozan had the best dunk in the contest imo, his 2nd dunk was by far the prettiest.

He got robbed on his first dunk, Blake Griffin did basically the same dunk without going sideways and without going through the legs but got 2 points more, lol..

With the exception of the elbow dunk probably 90% of the above average dunkers in the NBA could have done Griffins dunks..

I call "setup" on the entire contest. There was no way Blake wasn't going to win, no matter how good McGee's dunks were.

Add to that I would bet money that Kia approached Griffin about using a car. The favorite (and probably rookie of the year) in his own town jumping over the official car of the NBA? Yeah, he thought of that.

I also liked the McGee Domonique-esc throw down when he came from the baseline. Poetry in motion...lost in the Griff hype.

I am not sure what was worse though Blake Griffins dunks or Kenny Smith with the mic..

Or option 3 the choir.. McGees mother acting like the first lady or something was also annoying to me.

Not to mention fans choosing the winner. Doesn't the NBA learn from ASG fan voting?

When Blake did the decade old Vince Carter elbow dunk, I was disappointed. I was really expecting more, but I think his "coaches" got away from his true dunking and timing talents. With the way he catches it from anywhere in the paint and throws it down during games, it could have been more creative than the car plug.

The true dunks got snubbed.
