One playoff win in 5 years.

Some of you were so used to eating crap sandwiches for decades, that all it took was a little mayo on it to make it gourmet.

Injuries is mostly the reason for only 1 playoff win...
Can Keim be better! Of course... but there aren’t many teams that have put up as many W’s as the Cards have over the past 5 seasons. Keim has a huge hand in that, his drafting notwithstanding...
This draft will be a HUGE indicator as to the drafting ability of Keim, now that BA is gone... 2-3 years from now, we’ll have a very clear about Keim and his drafting skills.

So that's your thorough response to actual facts listed? Lame. Thanks for the insight of the facts presented.

Average of 10 wins a season. Yeah, we should probably get rid of the guy responsible for that. How important could details be?

Season 1...10 wins but didn't make the playoffs
Season 2...11 wins. Start the season 9-1 and make the playoffs but are down to Ryan Lindley for our playoff loss.
Season 3...14 wins. Won a playoff game even though Palmer plays like crap. Maybe his hand was hurt, but maybe not.
Season 4...7 wins no playoffs in a crappy season
Season 5...8 wins no playoffs but placed 20 players on IR including David Johnson, Carson Palmer, DJ Humphries, Mike Iupati, and Jarred Veldheer.

Oh my bad, you just posted a screenshot of a graphic... That doesn't present any argument to 1 playoff win in 5 years.

Should the Ravens fire Ozzie Newsome, considered one of the best GMs in the league? They have exactly 1 playoff win in the past 5 years as well

In my opinion he was too close to Arians and didn't have the testicular fortitude to tell Arians no when he should have done so. I am hoping he will exert his influence better now that Arians is gone. Also Arians should be a complete break from the team not acting as an adviser or in any other capacity.

100% agree. It's time for Keim to wear his big boy's pants. No more "little brother."

One thing I heard Keim say about three times in an interview last week is that he appreciated that Arians NEVER complained about a player he signed. His response was always "Ok, we'll coach him up and see how he can help." The fact he repeated this, and the talk show hosts agreed with this, means it must be a rare thing in the business.

So, IMO, all this stuff about Keim being under Arians boot is a bunch of crap. They obviously respected each other, and each had a role. I will go with what THEY said, not what you Internet mind readers pull out of your rear.

Newsome has had some pretty suspect drafts the past few years...hard to consider him a top GM as of right now.

He's got rings. The draft is a crapshoot, even for the best.

Bingo. The draft is a series of educated guesses. There are too many factors in play to ever know a player will make in the pros or not.

If the draft were that easy Tom Brady wouldn't have gone in the 6th round and Kurt Warner wouldn't have gone undrafted

Jerry Reese has rings too, and plenty of other GM's who no longer have jobs.

Yeah, everyone is hired to be fired. I don't think it is time for Keim to be fired. He's been clutch in bringing in street agents, and guys who were thought to be washed up, and actually getting really good play out of them. He's overdue to stumble into a really, really good draft. And, I think every really good draft, by ANY team, is as much luck as strategy.

See, if you look at something is he 100% in control of, (which is taking his pick among all free agents) compared to something that he is not in completely in control of (the draft, you can want to draft a whole bunch of players, but that doesn't mean you CAN), then he is not nearly as bad as people want to paint him.
