Deebo & Kittle(yes, not a WR, but a receiving option. Obviously elite at that).

Ja’Marr & Higgins.

She’s right honestly.
And Ayiuk was coming on strong to end the year.

I hope Lance really isnt ready cause the talent is there.

Niners only had 1 too. Same with Cincy.

And y’all are dreaming if you think we’ll even look at Cooper. He’s not mediocre, past his prime and/or totally injury prone. Those are the FAs Keim signs.
Um.. niners have 2 Deebo and Kittles. Not to mention one of the best running schemes in the NFL. Brandon Ayuik is no slouch either as well as Jennings. I’d take both over Kirk in heartbeat.

Cinci - kidding me right ? Chase, Higgins and Boyd are all better thank anyone not named Nuk (and Chase was much more valuable than Nuk this year and likely in the future as well)

Um... the tweet specifically stated you need two star RECIEVERS. Kitties isn’t a Reciever. He’s a TE.

As to your Cincy comment, again, I was responding to the tweet that had NOTHING to do with what we have. Again, it specifically mentioned you need TWO STAR RECIEVERS. Those guys you listed are good, but not stars. And again, neither I, nor the tweet referenced the Cardinals so what they have versus us is immaterial in the part of the discussion I was responding to.

Maybe try and follow along with the actual conversation instead of being a douche and asking if I’m kidding in my response.

I want to remind everyone in this thread that Cooper finished last year with 865 yards while AJ Green had 848 yards. Cooper is obviously better and I would be very excited to get him.

I would say, that I would have to sweeten my stance on Keim if he were able to snag Amari in free agency. I can't remember a true FA get while a player was still in their prime during the Keim era because we have always been in cap hell due to our terrible drafting.
Nothing is gonna sweeten my opinion on Keim but I'll give credit to him when credit is due. He does make good trades but his drafting still sucks. Until his drafting improves if it even does we're gonna have to rely on aging injury prone players with a few good trades sprinkled in. That's not the way to build a team, the way is through the draft for the most part. Until he fixes his drafting the patchwork will continue & get our hopes up like every other year. Idk if the FO needs to hire more scouts or what but something needs to improve? Keim has the final say unless MB overrides him? It's my opinion that Keim can talk MB into anything he wants to do. Yes Cooper would be a good signing but we are in cap hell right now & still have to figure out what it's gonna cost for Kyler. Doubt he wants to play for what he's supposed to make in 2022, that part could become a **** show if the Cardinals hold their ground?

Name calling is cool. I’d argue that Higgins is most definitely a budding star and Boyd is frankly just below - Boyd would be the #2 for a lot of teams today. Sure handed and electric.

Pretending Tee Higgins/Tyler Boyd aren't "stars" doesn't make it true. The Bengals have arguably the best WR corps in the NFL.

Anyways, on Amari Cooper, we don't have the kind of money to spend to make it realistic, and the guy has proven inconsistent over his career. It's funny to call him a bonafide star when out of 8 seasons, four have been for under 1,000 yards, without significant injuries or missed time to blame for that.

I wouldn't say it's completely out of the question financially. I kinda expect Keim to sell out on offense and just be good enough on defense.

But I'm not sure we would be top of the list for Cooper. He's a legit WR1 and if I was him I'd want 120+ targets a year.

His production fell off a cliff after he came back from covid there's speculation he wasn't really 100% when he came back

Yeah was pretty obvious they rushed him back. That shouldn't have any long term effects though.

He cannot suffice at guard or nose tackle, so I will pass on him and draft a WR in the fourth that matches our gimmick offense... why not, because in my opinion all those white WRs for New England were system players too

with Cooper going to the Browns, Jarvis Landry likely gets released
