You should get NBA League Pass, that way no matter what team Shaq is traded too, you can see all of his games.

I get NBA League Pass, so I've never had the need for raptorsnation. In fact, I have never heard of it. I just tried it, however, and it's working for the Laker game right now. Does anyone know how they get this feed and why the NBA hasn't tried to stop it? Just curious.

How do you get the streaming video if you are a League Pass subscriber? I've tried "validating" my League Pass subscription through nba.com, but I always get an error message and they don't respond to my emails.

I'd like to know because I'll be going to Europe for a trip soon and it would be nice to watch games while I'm unable to sleep from jet lag.

I had the same issue last year. I did get a pretty prompt to my e-mail and I had to send them a copy of my bill from DirecTV that showed my subscription to League Pass. They fixed it pretty quickly. Haven't had a problem since.

I haven't had any trouble with mine, and to be frank, I can't even remember setting it up. :p

If you can't get squared away before you go, I don't see any problem giving you mine to use. Just let me know.

Thanks for the help. I just tried again and of course the link for DirecTV activation was down, so I emailed the NBA. I'll see if they respond this time.

I think you have to fax your bill to the "league pass people". This seemed like too much work for me, who the hell has a fax machine anyway?

Well, I dug up the e-mail I received last year when I had problems. They gave me an option to fax or mail a copy of my bill. I had access to a fax and within a few days I received an e-mail that my account had been activated, and it was.

Here is a copy of the instructions I received from the League Pass Broadband cumtomer support folks:
We are sorry you are having trouble verifying your NBA LEAGUE PASS account via DirecTV. Please make sure you are inputting your DirecTV.com username and not your account number.

If you are still unable to verify your account, please mail or fax a copy of your bill with your charge for NBA LEAGUE PASS.

Please include your zip code, along with your name and e-mail address and DirectTV.com username on the copy:

via fax:
To: NBA LEAGUE PASS Broadband
Fax #: 646-264-4060

via mail:
NBA LEAGUE PASS Broadband
450 Harmon Meadow Blvd.
Secaucus, NJ 07094

You will receive an e-mail validating your account and providing you access to NBA LEAGUE PASS Broadband. Please allow 3-5 days after you send in your bill to become authorized for NBA LEAGUE PASS Broadband.

For more information please visit http://www.nba.com/broadband/league_pass_faq.html

Best Regards,

NBA Subscription Support

Shortly thereafter, I received this message from [email protected]:
Your NBA League Pass Broadband account has been activated. Please use the account number provided by your cable company that appears on your cable bill as your password when prompted. Should you have further difficulty viewing the games, please email or call 201 974 6860. Thank you for your patience.

John
Worked like a champ, I never needed to call John. Hope this helps those who are having difficulty.

I called about LP and NBA TV like months ago for Charter Digital Cable and they said they don't have it as an option.

Anyways, I watched the choppy streaming video of the full game tonight. Better than nothing.

Your got that right. I was in a fight with my 'ole lady and all I caught was some NBA highlights junk. Be thankful.
