I spoke with a friend inside the organization. He told me the players are very angry at coaches and that there is a lot of displeasure. Nobody is willing to play for Whiz or Graves. This all stems from the DD and Wilson problems about play times and fines. But it goes much deeper than those two events.

This is a very sad turn of events. Whiz has the keys we should take them back. Offensive coaches all should go. We are going to lose some good players and have still another rebuild???????????

Oh yea another un-named source from a board poster. Go figure.

Both of DD and Wilson problems stem from Horton not Whiz. So whats that say?

Yep. But Docetts pissed at the fine amount $$ Whiz set, imo.

It's the time of year where you need to evaluate others for signings/non-signings, and get people into the rythem of the D or O.

Wasnt there a report that Horton is the one that pushed for the fine? It was his orders he was not following. Whiz just gave the OK.

If this is true. I agree with the players. My complete, and utter meltdown after the Jets game revolves around this exact situation.

Whiz is preaching something he cannot back up, and is not backing up. Not to mention the way he has been dealing with certain situations has just been down right unprofessional.

As a player, if I kept hearing about accountability yet in the same media interview situation hear "the system works". I dunno. Sounds hypocritical to me. Players being fined for not doing their job, but how long has this team tried to find a QB that can be called NFL quality ? How long has this team had a sub-average to poor offensive line ?

Not to mention there has been a raised eye brow every time I hear "it gave us the best chance to win" because you can't really believe that anymore.

Not after the Jets game.

hahahaahaha! Yea ok! Show me the history??

Seesred is an historic homer hard core Cards fan. Seldom ever posts anything negative about the team. For him to post this is troubling and at the very least indicative of how bad things have gotten in Cardinal land.

Another heart-breaking story from the poor misunderstood NFL millionaires. Cry me a river.

As far as players not willing to play for Whis, you are a well-paid professional. Suck it up and play for those of us who directly or indirectly are paying your salary. And stop throwing interceptions, fumbling punt returns, missing blocks and tackles, and dropping passes.

I think they should be mad at the coaches since we're losing so much but I don't see where dockett or Wilson have a huge reason to complain. Wilson isn't as good as he used to be and when he's in there he's constantly doing things like jumping offsides.

Dockett was insubordinate, what the hell does he expect when they tell him to let the Jets score and he refuses to, congratulate him?

If that's why the players are mad it's dumb, they oughta be mad at the long losing streak and how poorly the offense is playing.

If they weren't mad I'd be worried to be honest, that would mean they didn't care.

It would be sad, if true.

P.S. players care about THERE OWN playing time, no the other guys!

Im pretty sure it was he who posted that Fitz was supposedly gone too and angry with the team?? Something to that affect?? Sorry if I just don't take his supposed insider reports as golden tried and true info.

We gave dockett 48 million, and he is worried about paying a 200,000$ fine. This is the same man, when he got paid he would do anything for the Cards. Also said he was a Cardinal for life. C'mon man, these players are angry because of one thing, and that's called losing. There were players that didn't like cofflin, but when he took the giants to 2 superbowls they all of a sudden love him.

Oh my. They're angry.

Time to whip out the cliche book.

Anyone got one that applies?

How about;

"The coach has lost the team"

Maybe it is time for another one of those useless "players only meetings".

Thats very true many many open reports in the media back then of how coughlin was hated by the players in that locker room. Even had players making comments in the media. That obviously didnt amount to or mean much of anything.

http://www.azcentral.com/sports/car...-arizona-cardinals-ending.html?nclick_check=1

Asked about his relationship with coach Ken Whisenhunt, Dockett said, “Hey, man, I don’t know. I’ve got a commitment to my teammates and my defensive coordinator that I would do the best I can, play to the best of my ability. I get on the field, I continue to play hard.”

What does a quote like this say? Did DD accidentally mention Horton instead of Whis or something?
