I feel like I am becoming a curmudgeon. but I was disgusted with the preseason annoucers knowledge and content. They went on and on about the draft and didn't have a clue what the Cards did. last 3 minutes of the first half and the first few minutes of the 3rd 1/4.

Yes We didn't trade up for Dan or Beanie but after that they were as wrong as I've ever heard. I was stupider for listening to them!

For the record We traded the better part of the Q trade (2nd 3rd round pick) to move up from late in the 2nd round to the middle of the 2ndround to pick DWASH.

We traded Mcfad more picks to move up for Skelton, We lost a 2011 pick on the riskiest draft I've seen in a long time. Andre Roberts was a reach with 1st round graded Everson Griffin and the tackle on the board. and

the announcers went on and on add nauseum how we stayed put and found great picks without giving up trades? I want Kurt or somebody with a littl;e integrity and work ethic to announce some cards games.

I wish you could switch announcers from whoever has the tv play by play to say the Card's Radio Network.

Maybe instead of 5 million cable/satellite channels they could sync up the video broadcast with the radio broadcast so you could have multiple options.

I don't know if the Wolf Man wants to clean up for TV. It is just so sad that this is what we get for Our arizona fan dollars. I'm glad Tony is gone from Monday Night Football and We'll see what Gruden brings next MONDAY!

I think its way too much personality over principle or even low grade reporting of the facts. i like the Monday Night Crew now if Gruden and Jaws can stay off each others backside long enough to call a game.

as far as local Cardinals Games and local media, Wolf is the only Cards fan, I'm starting to think DD might be a fan in the submarine rather than on the submarine but aint quite convinced yet. He is more loyal to Joey than He is to the Cards this season.

DD wishing Arizona Fans were more like Niner Fans still torches me, Niner Fans would have disapeard into the desert heat some where between 88 & 08. We bow to no Fans. Many players like DD stepped right on our hearts on their way out of town, nothing new to Cards Fans.

i just wish we would sign more drafted Cardinals? Only Fitz and AW have resigned since Whiz has been here? whats up with that? no talent on the SB team worth signing? CBA? well over 1/2 the team is due next year. rookies and FA's get money, safe contract elites AW and Fitz. nobody else

Well Whiz and Graves were really good signs, how about a Card Freindlt announcers?

We have some great effort coming up behind them. Cody Brown and Will Davis will take more snaps as the year progresses and Porter and Haggins
will play better in spots with more rest. I expected Cody Brown to come through, Davis is overachieving and a blessing.

Porter coming in on pass rush with fresh legs is going to put huge pressure on offenses. but If they go down we are ready for it developing depth and starters better than I expected.

I agree its alot of money for part timers but in Whiz I trust. the Lionshare of our offseson monies has been spent on ex steelers, AW and Kurt. when are we gouing to sign some drafted Cards? after a CBA probably unless the Owners strike.

Half right is a good benchmark for some announcers of Cards' games.

It's not perfectly synced (automatic delay is set in radio broadcasts) but, I do it nevertheless. I've gotten use to listening to P and W on the NFL radio pass, and watching the games through Sunday Ticket.

PS: When the colour commentator is misinformed; first blame the researcher.

He's been at it for ages on the main Cards message board. Believe me, this has better sentence structure, grammar and syntax than usual. But, he loves the team and means well.

I keep thinking of before they went to break for the Cardinals next possession and the announcer said " now here comes John David Booty" and I was like WTF?
