Carddan...are you the guy in your avator?? If so...I had my picture taken with you at the NFL experience. Just now noticed your avator..I had my picture taken with the person in Avator... I do not spend much time on the board...I used to years ago before my wife and I had kids!

Great to see Brian in Mesa and Jf-8 - I do not think I have seen you guys since the Sun Devil Stadium half time meets!

I also chatted a bit with KidStallyn.

I chatted a bit with Mark Curtis of Channel 12 - since he lives in my neighborhood. All the Arizona media was behind JF-8 and I (he was sitting near me) -including Jurecki.

Great to see everyone...my first Super Bowl and a great time. Tried to hook up with some folks on the phone list - but the event was so crazy.....it was hard to hook up! Plus..the no tailgating in public parking lots rule sucked. If I had known better...and checked it out in advance..I would have rented a spot from one of the residential folks who were renting their yards across from the stadium.....we could have all met there..this was about the only location tailgating was allowed.

I went to Wings gone wild and had my picture taken with Larry Centers.....we also went to the Bud Bowl party sat. night..and went out to St. Pete and went to the silly Direct TV celebrity flag football game....On MOnday we went down to the YBor district and bought a bunch of Cards gear - everything in the super bowl merchandise stores (there were at least 6 of them within a couple of blocks) was 50% off. Ybor city - we went there Thurs and Friday night..and it was all Steeler fans.

pinnacle, yep, that's me. I met so many people in Orlando and Tampa that I already knew and many more for the first time. That was one of the best parts of the trip. I'll write some experiences and post some pics when I get caught up a little at home.

It was great to see you too. Our seats weren't too bad. The stadium was pretty cool, but it really does make one appreciate UoP STadium.

Man, what an experience.

Damn, Larry Centers was at Wings Gone Wild Saturday night? F me, I would have loved to have shook his hand for all the hard work over the years. Have no idea how I missed him, I was mostly over by the dude with the guitar ("I have to go now, the UFC game is coming on"....oh boy)

The officiating should have been much better, but damn that was an experience of a lifetime.

Larry Centers was there? Oh, man...there were two drops by our backs during the game where I remember wishing Larry was out there again. :(

Yep....the place started chanted Larry Centers name...probably around 5:00 PM...and about 5:30 or so (guess on time - not sure exactly) I saw him standing by the door at the bar and asked for a photo - which he gladly obliged. Nice guy....not sure how long he stuck around. I only knew to look for him because most of the bar had been chanting his name!
