Well Hi to all

Like to welcome all who are making the trek to St louis a hardy welcome.

I was surprised that Leinart was let go.

The obvious situation for the Rams this year will be how well the Oline can protect Bradford. He has look good this preseason but preseason being what it is the real test comes with the regular season. I sure The Cards will assert some pressure but I have some confidence in Bradford mobility to get him out of some of the trouble that Bulger had last year.

The Rams receivers are very inexperience and this concerns me more than the QB. With Avery going down I don't think any of the Rams receivers have more than 3 years experience with Amendola being the best of the group so far.

The main key for the Rams will be Jackson. If he can get his running game going early then this will take a lot of pressure off the Oline and Bradford. But if Bradford has to just sit back and throw the ball then the Cards can just let it all out and put a heck of a lot of pressure on Bradford.


Well here's hoping for a good game and free of injuries.

For all coming up have a safe trip and have some fun. But I would like to go out of the Dome with a smile on my face for a change.

Bradford is sick good, and dishes the ball out fast. You got a keeper there.

I hope A-dub or Dock punishes him. SB runs to his right on rollouts so pretty easy to predict. But the ball is gone in like 1.5 seconds.

Sorry about your receivers, injuries suck.

Love that avatar!! Rams will not be the laughingstock of the NFC this year. SB looks like the real deal, but I'm not sure that the regular season won't bring some growing pains. I'm somewhat glad that we're getting the Rams in St. Louis earlier in the season. I'm one of the old-timers, whose allegiance to the Cardinals started in St. Louis. I'm originally from New York state, but my Dad & I were diehard Cardinal baseball fans. We actually HATE the Yankees, imagine that! When I was 5, I convinced my Dad that we should also be St. Louis Cardinal football fans. Until Whiz came along that was a mostly painful experience, although the Cardinals had some fun teams in the 60's & 70's. Anyways, good to hear from you & I hope you guys beat the Seahawks & Niners!! You're a classy fan.

Thanks for the welcome to St. Louis, I'll be watching on direct tv, but my heart will be there.

Looks like you have finally solved your starting QB problem. SB is super quick to unload the ball and is accurate enough to be a good one for you for years to come. Good for you guys.

Within all the turmoil this past off-season around here, we might just have solved our QBOF too. Our coaching staff and scouts have found a rookie back up QB who might just be the real deal for us, (Max Hall). Hopefully he will get to stay on the bench and learn, but he has an awful lot of the tools and most of the intangibles.

We are looking for a good game, and it is always good to visit the old home of the Cards. Thanks for looking in on us, you are always welcome here. Here's hoping for an injury free game, and lots of fun for all.

I also can't wait for "real" football.


The speed I think will surprise Bradford, but so far he has looked to adjust well.


The left side of the Oline will be the key to keeping Bradford uninjured. Saffold is a first year Rookie but he has blocked well at left tackle and second-year player Jason Smith is good on the right side if injuries don't haunt him again.

What I really don't like is the amount of playing time Jackson got. I know it was preseason but he only had about 1 qtr worth of snaps. But he says he is ready to go, we will see.


I'm more worried about the Cards Defense then the Offense. With your QB situation it's almost like ours in that Anderson is starting over as a starter. If he would falter then your left with Max Hall, or John Skelton. Not really household names.


But I looking forward to a interesting game. Should be a fun year, and win or lost I'll be back to give credit were credit is due.

I doubt it.

It's easiest to improve when you're at the low end of the scale. And given the schedule this year... well, let me put it this way. There's only three games on the schedule I'm looking at as definite losses for the Rams. Not that I expect 13-3, far from it. But there are enough games that are winnable that 6-10 is absolutely doable. I'm predicting 5-11, myself.

Of course, if Jackson gets hurt, 2-14 would be the high end.
