Would you mind posting links or atleast telling me who?

I'm sorry they don't broadcast local Arizona news in your hometown and I didn't bother to Tivo it. The local news channels reported it, they were at the game, they witnessed it. Do you want me to have them call you?

It's being confirmed all over the place now. Even if he had to run home for legitamate reasons (like he had to do his hair), there was no excuse for his conduct on the sideline during the game either.

Thank you, I wasn't the only person in this city who saw it.

We have two weeks to straighten it out. It is like when you wake up after a night of partying and say, "Damn did I really do that?" No way in hell it doesn't get straightened out before the big game. Dumb move by Q, but we need the guy, and as Luke said to his father in Jedi, "There is still good in you." He'll realize that was bush. He'll ball in the Super Bowl. The worst part was the looks on his teammates faces at the time (Hightower, Campbell). Hightower was like "Are you kidding me?"

By the way, the Adrian Wilson interview after the game......that's a guy that gets it. Q won't be able to look him in the face tomorrow, and that will have to have an impact on Q unless he is that Rosenhaused.

ah! You voiced my feelings perfect. I can't hate Q but he's trying my patience right now.

Boldin walked off the field before the trophy was presented. We looked for him after the game, he never made it up on stage.

I have no issue with him yelling at a coach out of frustration for his play/lack of opportunities... but walking off the field during the "we're going to the Superbowl" celebration? Thats unforgivable, even for Q.

Of all times, this is when you guys wanna act like this? You have no real facts about what happened at all. To read a damned blog , take it as truth and the try to run one of our best players and a pioneer for this team out of town is pathetic. You should be ashamed of yourselves.

Look the whole Q thing has spiraled out of control.

His hammy injury was fishy from the start, the way he grabbed at his thigh not his hammy all the way to how fast he supposedly got better.

Then the green shirt, the Haley blow up and finally not being their for the trophy.

Q has some explaining to do, that much I'll give him but the explanation had best be world clas or he's dead to me.

I actually heard this on KTAR before that blog was written, so I'd say it's been confirmed. He didn't bolt for home before the trophy, he just ran to the locker room, changed and then answered some questions (much like Fitz does after games) but never joined the celebration. However, when asked about Haley and Boldin's future with the Cardinals he declined comment.

I wish this wasn't a story so we could just revel in our Championship but here are my thoughts:

Q is out of line on this one, no question. You don't get in a fight with your OC when he's trying to call plays (ESPECIALLY on a drive late in the NFC championship that could put you in the lead). On top of that, how many chances are you going to get to celebrate a NFC championship? Why snub your teammates and fans from sharing that with you but more amazingly, why deny yourself that experience?

That said, Q has been the heart and soul of this team. He's put what he feels is a wrong doing on the Cardinals part with his contract on the back burner and other than this one instance, has been an incredible leader. The guy is one of the toughest, fiercest and most talented receivers in the NFL and plays with 100% passion every Sunday. So, he made a really bad decision in letting those competitive juices come before what's best for the team (regardless of believing to his core that what's best is for Q to be on the field).

Q's an emotional guy that let's those emotions out on the field (which almost always spells disaster for opposing DB's). Today, those emotions got the best of him because, well, he wasn't on the field to let them out during that drive.

With all he's done and sacrificed for this team, I'm willing to give him a pass on this one. Here's to hoping he gets a good night's sleep to cool off and realize that 1) he needs to apologize to his coaches and teammates for letting his emotions override what's best for the team and 2) he just missed out on what for many NFL players is a once and a lifetime celebration party in front of a national audience and thousands of Cardinals fans.

The Art of War is deception. We will be in a battle with a very experienced and worthy team. If this is a strategy it could be brilliant for a team that has strength in keeping the opponent guessing. I like to think we have coaches that do know how to show a false front and throw off the Steelers gameplan. If so my hat is off to a very savvy young staff( I would not have said this early in the year). Use this to your advantage and win the battle(game) before it is fought(played).

Exactly! I can't believe we have people here denying this happened and thinking there is nothing wrong with it. Get a clue out-of-staters

I can't believe what I'm reading on this forum. Do you want a controversy going into the superbowl? From what I'm reading it seems like some people do. The cardinals need to prevent this story from becoming a mole hill much less a mountain. Let them handle it.

Any controversy that this completely inexperienced superbowl team is going to have to deal with in the next two weeks will absolutely lessen their chances. They'll deal with boldin and deal with him in the offseason, other than that just forget it.

Did this really happen? I was at the game so I missed all of this.

They definitely had an argument on the field, but I saw tape of the Locker room and Boldin was there, he also did interviews with the media after the game.

This dude is vastly overstating.

Guess what though:

WERE GOING TO THE SUPERBOWL!!!!!!!

WOW. If that was true then Whiz is in fact God. I don't buy it though. Boldin will come correct.

We didn't make the controversy he did.

I don't think he's indespensible or unworthy but it is a big story and it's not just going to go away if we don't talk about it.

The media will lap this up, they have two weeks to fill.

I expect the team will deal with it and so will Boldin, if he dosen't then his own value is going to sink like a stone.

The key here is HE needs to deal with it first and foremost, he dissed the team, he dissed the OC.

If the OC wants to sweep it under the rug for team unity sake, I'm good with it but the media won't they'll be all over this until someone resolves it in the media.

That was dumb and stupid of Q... he is slowly distancing himself away from team and fans. I really like Q but Cardinals are my #1 team and I will not let this spoil these wonderful moments.

I will not be surprised him traded this offseason. Too bad as he is really a tough and passionate player.

This is pathetic. 5 threads on this when we just made the Super Bowl? Are you kidding me?

Let this pass by. Boldin and Haley will handle there business. For all the things Boldin has done for this franchise, I would think that most people would have given him a little break.

People that are basking in this just seem like very negative people.

You're right on about the media, it's going to be talked about and a lot, unless Boldin comes out and apologizes for it. He just needs to say that he let his emotions get the best of him and he's sorry. If he were to do this tomorrow, then it's a non-story but the longer he waits the bigger a distraction it will become (and the more people will lump him in with the TO's and 8-5's.)

I have no doubt that Q will cool off by tomorrow and do whatever it takes to make sure the team is 100% focused on the game by stepping up the the mic and making sure he squashes any media hype that could distract the team.

What I know and what I don't know...

The "Q' situation, IF there is one, will be dealt with and the team will move on. IF there's apologizing to be done then it should be done. I know personally I've done/said things I've regretted BUT a sincere apology met with forgiveness "heals" MOST every situation. In the meantime, I see NO REASON to let ANYTHING rob us of the JOY of this moment. My friends, we are going to the Super Bowl. As for the media?? For the MOST part they look for/ or create "controversy" so they can create story-lines. So, WHY get sucked into their game?? WE have a Super Bowl to prepare for and a VICTORY to celebrate!! :D

KTAR talking about the issue briefly. They admitted the details were iffy, but confirming the argument during the game and that he wasn't with the team for the celebration.

Who in their right mind can be consumed with "me me me" after coming from injury when you're heading to the SUPER BOWL?!

THERE YOU GO!!!!

Thank you. Thank you for posting that. I haven't looked at postgame stuff yet, but this is the primary problem for most people, IMO. So he was there, doing interviews...this is a BS "story" then IMO. Haley and Q yelled at each other...big deal. They are emotional and Haley admitted as much. Warner and Haley bicker like a married couple.

I'm filing this entire charade under "much ado about nothing" in my "BS I don't care about" folder.

The situation with Q has been brewing all year. If you notice, whenever Q catches a TD, the first person to run over and congratulate him is Fitz. Never the other way around. In fact, I don't recall ever seeing Q congratulate Fitz on any of his plays (maybe it has happened, but I've never seen it).

A newspaper article recently talks about how Q has been distant/disengaged this season and rarely smiles anymore. He was quoted as saying "if he was a fan he wouldn't show up at the airport at 4.30am because that's crazy."

For the Carolina game, he pronounced himself ready to play without being cleared by the staff. Then he went on to say "the coaches wouldn't let him play."

Haley is an emotional guy and so is Q. I really hope it blows over and they iron out their differences, but the writing is on the wall.
