Any IT guys on here?

I run a company in Chandler where we have around 17 employees & about a dozen computers. We've been having issues with the intranet with the computers seeing each other.

I would like someone to come in & give me an estimate of completely redoing everything with the possibility of going wireless. Some of the cables are homemade & I think that can be part of the problem. I have some computer savvy guys here but they don't have networking experience. Any help or suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks.
